Nail Care Only Service $50: 

• For clients who only need nail maintenance, we are happy to offer a Nail Only Visit. Professional trimming, nail grinding for a smooth round finish, and an environment to ensure a calm, stress-free experience. Perfect for in-between grooms or pups who just need routine nail care to stay comfortable and healthy.

Anxiety care $50 - 100: (depends on the size of your Doggie)

• Up to 30 minutes and care, which includes soothing and calming petting and conversation with your anxious pup. Moving at a pace your pup is comfortable with (additional time up to 30 minutes). We are trained to assist in coping with anxiety with multiple soothing techniques.

Teeth Brushing & Breath Freshening $10:

• This gentle oral care service includes thorough teeth brushing to help reduce plaque and tarter buildup while supporting healthy gums. Regular brushing aids in the prevention of calculus, gingivitis, and periodontal disease. The service is completed with a refreshing mint mouth cleanse, leaving your pet's breath clean and fresh.

Whitening Shampoo $25:

• This premium whitening treatment gently deep cleanses while enhancing and restoring the natural brilliance of white and light-colored coats. Formulated with color-enhancing ingredients, it helps reduce discoloration and yellowing, leaving the coat crisp, radiant, and beautifully luminous without harsh additives.

Flea and Tick Shampoo $25:

• This specialized shampoo treatment is designed to gently cleanse while helping to eliminate fleas and ticks on contact. Formulated to be effective yet soothing to the skin, it provides immediate relief while leaving the coat clean, refreshed, and comfortably conditioned.

De-shedding Treatment (starting at) $20:

• This specialized de-shedding service is designed to reduce excess shedding by gently removing loose undercoat and dead hair while maintaining the health of the skin and topcoat. Pricing starts at $20 and varies based on your pet's coat density, overall condition, and size to ensure a customized and thorough treatment.

Nose & Paw treatment $15:

• This soothing treatment deeply moisturizes and nourishes dry noses and paw pads, helping to restore softness, comfort, and healthy hydration. Formulated with pet-safe conditioning ingredients, it leaves your dog’s paws and nose smooth, protected, and revitalized.

Therapeutic Skin & Coat Treatment $25:

• This restorative treatment gently de-tangles, deeply cleanses, conditions, and moisturizes the coat and skin to promote overall health and a luxurious look and feel. Using a medicated antimicrobial shampoo and conditioner, this service supports the healing of minor skin irritations and wounds while helping to soothe inflammation and maintain a balanced, healthy coat.

Anal Gland Expression $25 (external only):

• This service includes gentle, external anal gland expression performed with care to support comfort and hygiene. External expression only is offered to ensure a safe and stress- minimized experience for your pet.

Additional Maintenance & Handling Fees

In some cases, additional time, specialized care, or advanced handling techniques are required to safely achieve our standard of impeccable grooming. This may include severe matting, coat condition concerns, or the management of stress or aggressive behaviors. When applicable, an additional maintenance and/or handling fee may apply, starting at $50 in addition to your selected grooming package.

While we make every effort to notify you in advance, this may not always be possible, as certain conditions or behaviors are identified during the grooming process. The assessment and application of these fees are at the groomer’s professional discretion. Pricing varies based on the level of care required, and we remain committed to transparency, safety, and exceptional service for both pets and groomers.

Additional Care & Handling Fees

For dogs requiring additional care due to anxiety, stress, or aggressive behavior, the following additional handling fees may apply based on size:

• $50 for dogs 0-60 Ibs
• $75 for dogs 61-99 Ibs
• $100 for dogs 100 Ibs and over

These fees reflect the extra time, specialized handling, and safety measures required to ensure a secure and compassionate grooming experience for both your pet and our grooming team.

De-Matting & Shave-Down Policy

De-matting involves the careful removal of tangles and knots to restore coat health and comfort. De-matting services start at $40, with pricing varying based on your pet’s size, coat condition, and the number and severity of mats present. While minor tangles may be safely resolved through gentle brushing or combing, severe matting—particularly when mats are tight or close to the skin—cannot be safely or humanely removed through de-matting. Attempting to do so may cause pain, skin irritation, or injury.

For your pet’s health, safety, and comfort, a shave-down may be necessary in these cases. A shave-down allows the coat and skin to reset, providing immediate relief and preventing further discomfort. Although this results in a shorter coat, it creates a healthy foundation for pain-free regrowth and a new maintenance routine. With proper aftercare and regular grooming, your pet can work toward achieving your desired standard or specialized cut in future visits.
